1. Digital Goods Policy

All study notes, Handwritten PDF ebooks, PYQ question banks, and Exam Subscription Passes offered on Exam Note Pro are digital services and products with instant online delivery. Once access to a pass or digital material is granted to your student account, sales are generally final.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Hostkash values customer satisfaction and will issue a 100% full refund under the following verified circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If your bank account or payment method was debited multiple times for the same transaction due to a gateway network error.
• Non-Delivery / Technical Error: If payment was deducted successfully but your subscription pass or PDF material access was not granted within 24 hours of payment verification.
• Mismatched Content: If the delivered study material is completely corrupt, unreadable, or fundamentally different from its preview description.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Purchases where digital PDF materials have already been viewed, opened, or downloaded extensively.
• Subscription passes that have been active and used for more than 7 days.
• Refund requests submitted past the 7-day window from the purchase date.
• Change of mind after making a purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@examnotepro.in or hostkash@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]".
2. Include your Registered Student Name, Email Address, Order Number, 12-digit UTR/Transaction Reference, and reason for refund.
3. Attach a copy of your payment debit receipt screenshot.
