1. Acceptance & User Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Exam Note Pro, its website, mobile app, services, study notes, digital downloads, passes, and interactive tools. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details (Name, Email, Phone Number).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Sharing individual student accounts or subscription pass logins with third parties for unauthorized commercial distribution is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension without refund.

3. Digital Content & Subscription Passes

Exam Note Pro offers digital study materials, Handwritten PDF notes, Exam Passes (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Lifetime), and Test Series. Upon purchasing a pass or material, Hostkash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational study.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices listed on Exam Note Pro are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Hostkash reserves the right to modify subscription pass prices, offer discounts, or launch promotional coupon codes at any time.
• Payments made via online channels (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, Wallets) are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• For manual UPI scanner payments, activation requires submitting a valid 12-digit UTR reference and payment receipt screenshot for admin verification.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All materials, test series, watermarked PDFs, brand logos, AI prompts, and software code on Exam Note Pro are the sole intellectual property of Hostkash. Reproducing, re-selling, scraping, or publishing our study notes on third-party sites or Telegram channels without prior written consent from Hostkash is an offense subject to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Hostkash reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Exam Note Pro immediately, without prior notice, if a user breaches these Terms, engages in payment fraud, or attempts system hacking.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Exam Note Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
